Dr. Lubomir Manov is an expert in general dentistry, practicing for over 30 years. Dr. Manov is originally from Sofia, Bulgaria but has lived in the United States for most of his life. Dr. Manov is well known for his gentle bedside manner, humor and his impeccable technique. Dr. Manov is also the father of Dr. Gubernick, the two have worked side by side for over a decade.
Dr. Elizabeth Gubernick has been a pillar of her community since she graduated from Horizon High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's hard to miss Dr. Gubernick when you visit Solterra Dentistry, as she is well-known for her energy and vibrant personality! She was initially born in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is the daughter of Dr. Manov. She attended the University of the Pacific, graduating from the prestigious Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry before joining the Solterra Dentistry team.

With over four years of experience in dentistry, Anthony is a dedicated hygienist passionate about patient education and preventive care. He studied at Rio Salado and holds a laser certification, continually expanding his knowledge through ongoing education. Known for his upbeat energy and commitment to patient comfort, Anthony believes oral health is essential to overall well-being.
Outside the office, he’s an accomplished beatboxer with over 15 years of experience and several national titles. When he's not helping patients smile brighter, he enjoys training like a bodybuilder and exploring new ramen spots with his fiancée and their mini Aussie/Corgi.
Our in-house registered dental hygienist has worked for over 36 years at Solterra Dentistry; and when asked what her favorite thing about coming to work is, she responds quickly: "My patients!".
