Rhonda
An integral member of our outstanding staff at Solterra Dentistry, Rhonda has been a Dental Assitant with us for over two years. Her favorite part about working here is meeting new people and putting a smile on someone's face. Rhonda is excellent at easing a patient's nerves and comforting patients who normally experience anxiety at the dental office. A graduate of Dover High School in Dover, Ohio, and the American Institute of Dental Assisting with additional certifications in x-ray technologies, Rhonda is a highly-trained dental assistant. Outside of the office, she enjoys country dancing and spending time with her five children and seven grandchildren.
Cynthia
A fixture at Solterra Dentistry for the past 12 years, Cynthia is one of the first people you see when you walk into our office. A bright smile and a patient favorite, Cynthia's favorite thing about working at Solterra Dentistry is seeing the joy in a patient's eyes when they finally see their new smile. What makes Solterra Dentistry unique is our world-class staff and Cynthia is a prime example of that. Born in California, Cynthia has lived throughout the Western United States before settling in Arizona in 1992. Beyond work Cynthia keeps busy spending time with family and friends, camping, traveling and generally finding new adventures along the way.
Laura
Our in-house Registered Dental Hygienist, Laura has worked for over 36 years at Solterra Dentistry; it's safe to say that she is a favorite amongst our patients. When asked what her favorite thing about coming to work is, she responds quickly: "My patients!". A graduate of the Arizona State University College for Dental Hygiene with additional certifications in local anesthesia and laser technologies, Laura is as well-trained as they come. Originally from Pekin, Illinois, Laura has settled in Arizona with her son Blake and two cats. Outside of the office, she has an affinity for golf and horses, in fact, she showed Arabian horses for several years. When asked what her philosophy of care is Laura responds: "My patients are my number one priority. I strive to make them feel at ease when they are here for treatment, a part of our dental family. I have seen many patients through the years and many generations of patients. I am committed to giving the very best treatment for my patients."
Sarah
Working at Solterra Dentistry for over 15 years, Sarah is a patient favorite! A graduate of Trevor G. Browne high school in Phoenix, Arizona; Sarah is a local that has stayed connected to her community since her high school years. Her favorite part about working at Solterra Dentistry is being able to interact with the patients and seeing the transformation after their dental treatments. Outside of the office, Sarah loves spending time with her husband of over 11 years, staying active with her church, and playing with her "four legged fur baby" American Bulldog mix named Rue. Sarah likes to make each patient feel like a member of her family to feel comfortable and confident when they visit Solterra Dentistry, all while giving each patient all the knowledge and tools to maintain great oral health.
